SHIPING 1200 Series 3^rd Generation Numerical Control Vulcanizing Machine

1.     The function and advantage:

SHIPING Numerical Control Vulcanizing Machine is used to repair the nylon and steel belted tires and compatible with tire range from 9.00 to 12.00-20 series. Machine can be used to fix the tire damage under 400mm. The SHIPING 1200-Series 3^rd generation of Vulcanizing Machine is designed to heat up the whole fan-shaped aluminum unit by casting galvanothermy tube into the fan-shaped aluminum unit.  The way of manufacture will increase the efficiency and durability of machine.  In addition, the numerical control box allows user to set a specific temperature or time that makes the machine working within a constant temperature or time range. Once the job is done, the alarm system will turn on automatically. It is the most efficient tire repair machine which is easy-operational, time and energy saving.

3.     Operation Instruction:

1^st step: 

  Connecting the vulcanizing machine with numerical control box properly then check if the supply voltage is compatible with machine working voltage also, makes sure the diameter of power cord cannot be less than 4mm^2.

2^nd step:  

Power cord connection:  Please connect the cord labeled by blue color with naught wire and then connect the cord labeled by red color with live wire.

CAUTION: Please check and make sure the cord labeled by blue color connects with naught wire.

3^rd step: Sand and clean the damage area of tire, apply unvulcanized rubber to the damage area with rubber glue. Put the rubber air bag into tire (make sure the rubber air bag compatible with tire size and soapsuds have to be applied at the surface of rubber air bag).Put the tire into vulcanizing machine and arrange the damage area at the centre of machine. The sheet iron should be installed on the top and both side of the rubber air bag and then put aluminum mould on the both side of machine, remember putting the rubber pad at the top of middle of two aluminum mould , then put top iron plate on the aluminum mould. Turn the wheel on both side of machine and tight it until aluminum mould close touch with tire; Install the screw rod  and two safety tension rods, and then inflate the rubber air bag to 0.4Mpa. After that, plug temperature sensor and power cord into the machine respectively.

4^th. Step: Turn on the power, voltmeter, and ammeter button. The voltmeter and ammeter should read as 220V and 10A respectively which means machine works fine. Generally, repair time is around 4 hours.

CAUTION:

1. for the first time to repair, better to use an old and useless tire to learn how to operate the machine.

2. Safety goggles required when sanding the tire.

3. The repair temperature and time have been set correctly before leave factory. Generally, there is no need to adjust them before use it.
